Refund policy

At Voeux Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our skincare products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • Return must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used skincare items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) received

  • Description of the issue

We will offer either a replacement or full refund, based on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days

Refunds may not apply to:

  • Sale items or promotions

  • Delayed deliveries caused by courier companies

  • Change of mind after order dispatch

Exchange Policy
